Our Support Specialists serve as subject matter experts and manage a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to:Receiving, managing, and entering authorizations and referrals from internal and external partnersManaging care coordination and waiver assessment processes, including data entryManaging email inboxes and responding to inquiriesCollaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional team members on ad-hoc requests or projects as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work experience2+ years of related work experiencePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Care Coordinated Products (CCP)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAttention to detail and accuracy to meet required quality measures and standardsDemonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with quick turnaround timesAbility to work independently and apply strong problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skillsEMR/EHR experienceThis position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka office, on average, 3 days per week.The full salary grade for this position is $41,300-$70,800. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $41,300-$61,950. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
