Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Staffing Recruiter job in Hebron, KY. As a Staffing Recruiter with Inergroup, you will play a critical role in our mission to match exceptional candidates with outstanding job opportunities. You will be responsible for high-volume recruiting, working closely with our clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay starting at $19.50 - $20/hr and benefits available.

Primary responsibilities for Staffing Recruiter jobs include:

• Source top talent through various channels including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals

• Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates.

• Prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings.

• Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their experience, personality, and cultural fit.

• Manage the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.

• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for various roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.

• Assist in job posting and advertisement creation to attract top talent.

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish

• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role.

• Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
