Human Resources Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing recruitment activities both within the company and for external medical/healthcare requirements . The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, documentation, and joining formalities. The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, documentation, and joining formalities. Key Responsibilities Internal Recruitment Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal company vacancies. Understand manpower requirements from different departments. Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and recruitment networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Negotiate salary and manage candidate selection. Complete joining formalities and maintain employee recruitment records. Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding. External / Medical Recruitment Manage recruitment requirements for hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, and medical clients . Source candidates for medical and non-medical healthcare positions such as doctors, nurses, technicians, hospital administration, TPA/insurance, sales, and support staff. Build and maintain a database of healthcare professionals and candidates. Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and candidate profiles. Shortlist candidates according to client requirements and job specifications. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with selected candidates until joining. Maintain proper records of candidates submitted, shortlisted, selected, and joined. Handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets. Required Skills Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle both internal and external recruitment . Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment. Candidate coordination and follow-up skills. Ability to work with deadlines and recruitment targets. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Healthcare/medical recruitment experience will be an advantage. Qualification Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred. Candidates with healthcare/medical recruitment experience will be preferred. Key Performance Areas Timely closure of vacancies. Quality and relevance of candidate profiles. Candidate joining ratio.
