Senior Financial Advisor (Onsite - Full time position)

Role Description
The Senior Financial Advisor is a full-time role, responsible for leading client relationships and providing high-level financial guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess their financial situations, developing comprehensive financial plans, and advising on retirement strategies, investments, tax considerations, and risk management. The Senior Financial Advisor will construct and maintain diversified investment portfolios, monitor performance, and recommend adjustments aligned with market conditions and client objectives. This role involves preparing detailed financial reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal team members to deliver integrated, holistic advisory services. The Senior Financial Advisor will also support business development by cultivating client referrals, participating in educational events, and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to create holistic, long-term strategies for diverse client needs.
Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, including portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management.
A portable book of business is a requirement.
Proven experience in Financial Advisory, providing objective, client-focused guidance and maintaining high ethical standards.
Relevant professional certifications such as CFP®, CFA®, or ChFC® are strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships and contributing to practice growth.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry regulations, products, and best practices.
