Locations by preference: 1. Most preferred – Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 2. Second preferred – Cleveland, OH, 44136 / Dallas, TX, 75234 / Birmingham, AL, 35233 / Phoenix, AZ, 85016 Work arrangement: 5 days onsite Pay rate: $60 to 75/hr. on W2 only Length of assignment: 6 months contract to hire role Function of the group: Part of lending Initiatives/projects: Collections platform replacement Industry background: Banking preferred Role/responsibilities: Developing stories, unit testing. Must have skills: (6+ years of experience required): 1. Java, 2. Springboot, 3. SQL, 4. Microservices, 5. Kafka 6. Ex-client background highly preferred. Flex skills: 1. Angular, 2. MongoDB Education: Bachelors required or equivalent work experience Interview process: Two rounds – one will be a technical round, second round will be more soft skills. Stack ranking (most important to least important): 1. Must have skills 2. Previous client experience 3. Rate 4. Location
