We are seeking an External Marketing Promotions Manager who will bring community awareness to our extravagant entertainment venue that can be enjoyed by patrons 7-days-a-week! This External Marketing Promotions Manager will participate in all aspects of marketing, public relations, and advertising/promotion for a Lexington, KY night club operation. This position has a primary focus on outside marketing visits to businesses and potential patrons within a 20 mile radius. This person must have a great personality and communication skills!

Principal duties & responsibilities of this position include:

• Proactively develop marketing campaigns to improve visibility and enhance community understanding of Night Club Brand. Develop specialized marketing campaigns for internal and external use.
• Manage and execute a "pass" program generating patrons visiting the Club.
• Visit businesses and potential patrons in a twenty mile radius from the Lexington Club.
• Responsible for regular social media posting depending on social media experience.
• Responsible for cataloging, and maintaining detailed records of visits and contacts in the community.
• Communicate will all members of the marketing team as well as management inside the club. Report back to marketing department and executive team.

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or similar field, or marketing and community engagement experience.
• Experience with social media management on all social media platforms
• Energetic and attractive and enjoys speaking to community members and building business relationships
• Experience with internal and external promotional marketing
• Possesses a high level of creativity, energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent oral and written skills required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience in nightlife marketing is preferred but not required.
• Photography/videography experience is a bonus.

This position will work in conjunction with our marketing team and will report directly to our Director of Marketing & Chief Operations Officer. Must be available for full-time work Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, or part time with flexibility, plus some additional weekend/event hours if necessary. Must be ok with occasional travel to in-and-out-of-town promotional events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
