QuickBooks Expert / Software Consultant

Aptora Corporation, a leading software company in Lenexa, KS, is looking for an accounting “unicorn” to join our team as a QuickBooks Expert/Software Consultant. We are seeking someone who has extensive knowledge in bookkeeping or accounting, a minimum of a 4-year accounting degree, and is an expert with basic accounting principles. We also want someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to have more interaction with people. Responsibilities Provide software consultation to both inside and outside customers Conduct software training sessions for customers Assist in the implementation of software solutions for customers Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for customers Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers Collaborate with the software development team to identify and solve customer issues Promote Aptora products and services within the industry Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Expert knowledge of QuickBooks software (QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification is preferred) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Exceptional interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to travel occasionally Prior consulting experience is preferred Bonus points if you have experience using Total Office Manager.
