Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team! As our Front Desk Supervisor, you will be managing a team of Front Desk Associates to ensure every patient receives exceptional service. As a supervisor you will be responsible for training new employees, creating staff and clinic coverage schedules. The ideal candidate has a strong background in front office oversight, appointment scheduling, high volume calls, insurance verification, along with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude. As a supervisor you will be required to travel to multiple office locations within the West Valley.

Responsibilities

Front office staff scheduling oversight for multiple office locations

Set a service standard and lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to all patients

Manage training of new and existing staff members to ensure everyone understands the expectations set forth for them

Supervising staff's daily responsibilities efficiently while creating a welcoming experience for patients

Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance and protocol procedures are being met.

Ensures and coordinates that all front office staff verifies demographic and insurance information via real time eligibility

Interacts with patients and vendors to resolve patient issues and vendor concerns

Assists the practice manager in coordinating employee evaluations and administering corrective actions

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a medical clinic setting is preferred

Knowledge of front office procedures and patient flow

Knowledge of medical insurance plans

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills

Attention to detail

Salary contingent upon experience
