Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions, including GL, AP/AR, purchasing, fixed assets, projects, funds, and reconciliations Prepare and review monthly financials per GAAP and HOA requirements Lead, train, and mentor a three‑person accounting team to drive accountability and improvement Develop and document standardized procedures and internal controls Implement and enhance financial systems for greater efficiency and accuracy Deliver variance analysis, KPIs, and actionable insights for management Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance Partner with IT and leadership on system upgrades and integration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 4+ years of progressive accounting experience required Supervisory or team management experience required Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting required Seniority & Employment Type Mid-Senior level Full-time Accounting/Auditing Recreational Facilities #J-18808-Ljbffr #twiceasnice Recruiting
