Compensation

• $500/hour
• $3,600/24-hour call

Schedule

• Tuesday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Mondays off
• Satellite Coverage:
  • Winchester location Wednesdays
  • Hagerstown location Every other Thursday (1st & 3rd Thursday of the month)
• Night call on rotating basis schedule TBD
• Weekend call schedule TBD
• Call is telephone-only; APPs manage on-site needs and will contact physician only if physical presence is required

Requirements

• Active Indiana state license or IMLC Required
• Oncology experience Required
• BLS Required
• ACLS Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemption accepted)
• COVID vaccination required (medical/religious exemption accepted)
• Case logs required
• Order entry expected to be completed by the locum provider
