What You’ll Own: You’re not just managing projects - you’re steering the entire electrical program. Own the strategy for large‑scale electrical programs from pursuit to closeout Lead executive‑level decisions around risk, staffing, sequencing, and client alignment Develop and elevate PMs, APMs, and field leaders through coaching, accountability, and operational discipline Represent the company at the highest levels - strengthening relationships with owners, GCs, design partners, and trade leadership Champion operational excellence by elevating processes, safety culture, and project delivery standards What You Bring: 10+ years in electrical construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership Proven success delivering $150M+ electrical scopes in healthcare, industrial, or mission‑critical environments Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing multiple large projects A leadership presence that is decisive, composed, and trusted by clients and teams Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environments Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, or similar platforms What’s In It for You: Competitive base salary + bonus + vehicle allowance Generous PTO and paid holidays The opportunity to lead some of the largest, most complex electrical projects in the region #J-18808-Ljbffr Jayco Talent
