Sales Development Representative
AiPrise is a YC-backed, Series A company building the global compliance infrastructure for financial services. We help banks, fintechs, cross-border payment providers, stablecoin and crypto companies, and marketplaces gain a 360 view of every business they onboard, anywhere in the world. Through a single integration, we connect 800+ data sources and 80+ verification partners across 200+ countries, powering KYB, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring for companies like Meta, Airwallex, Fireblocks, and Bridge. Our AI Agents help compliance teams do more with less, resolving more cases, catching more fraud, and scaling operations without scaling headcount. We're ~60 people, Series A funded, and obsessed with a single problem: making compliance feel simple for the teams who live in it every day. Borders shouldn't be blockers. Compliance is hard. AiPrise shouldn't be.
The Role
We are hiring our first US-based SDR to focus on building outbound pipelines and generating qualified meetings. You will report directly to and work closely with the Head of Sales, targeting high-potential companies in fintech, payments, and compliance-heavy sectors.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts across financial institutions, fintechs, cross-border payment providers, marketplaces, and stablecoin companies.
- Build and execute personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Research and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Book and coordinate meetings for Account Executives, ensuring strong handoff.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales on account targeting and outbound strategy.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Strong familiarity with fintech, regtech, or compliance software is a plus.
- Highly coachable with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Based in the US, with the ability to travel occasionally for team and client events.
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot CRM
