This is your opportunity to play a vital role in designing, managing, and securing advanced network environments across multiple client sites. What You’ll Do Lead the design, implementation, and support of scalable network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, etc.) Assisting in the analysis and support of IT problems, ensuring efficient resolution. Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and security using industry best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues , escalating and coordinating with vendors as needed Configure and maintain VLANs, STP, LACP, QoS , and security protocols Administer and maintain systems including Cisco, VMWare, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Office 365. Manage virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure Oversee system audits, documentation , and disaster recovery planning Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend improvements Travel to client sites locally as needed (mileage reimbursement provided) What You Bring to the Table 2+ years of experience in network administration Proven expertise in switching, routing , and firewall management Advanced knowledge of network security practices and access controls Strong command of Microsoft environments , including Office 365 and Active Directory Experience managing virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXi, Azure) Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CompTIA Network+ , or Microsoft Certified Experience working in a MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment is a plus Why Join CompuOne Join a dynamic company with 20+ years of excellence in IT services Collaborate with top-tier technical professionals Work with diverse client environments and cutting-edge tech Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary - salary range $50,000 - $80,000 p/year Health and Dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Mileage reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr CompuOne
