IT Operations Specialist

To support the contingent workforce management, the remote IT Contingent Operations Specialist will coach and assist hiring managers and vendors on standard operating procedures while managing vendor management and applicant tracking systems on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Manage the requisition process for contingent workers using the VNDLY vendor management system Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and assist in candidate selection and onboarding processes Oversee supplier performance and maintain standard operating procedures for contingent workers and suppliers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in the contingent workforce domain, such as staffing agency or corporate recruiting Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management systems (VMS), preferably VNDLY Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Proven reporting and analytical skills to evaluate data and drive process improvements
