Desktop Support Technician
Axiom Technologies
Axiom Technologies is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Field Support specialist to provide onsite and on-call assistance within a desktop computing environment. You will handle first/second level support, install and troubleshoot Windows OS and MS Office, and ensure quality ticket updates and SLA adherence. Requirements include 1–2 years of relevant IT experience, ability to travel, and strong troubleshooting skills. A background check and physical capabilities for hardware are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
