Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care in a welcoming, family-friendly setting

• DDS/DMD degree with completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency or certificate program

• Active, unrestricted Virginia dental license

• Commitment to patient-centered care , with a strong focus on comfort and communication

• Desire for continuous learning and participation in advanced clinical education

• Willingness to become credentialed with major dental insurance plans

Compensation & Benefits:

• $250,000 compensation package
