This position is responsible for overseeing Retail Branch operations and employee development. Candidate should be resilient, communitive leader who balances operational efficiency with team development and customer satisfaction.

• Leadership and Team Building : Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Effective Communication : Clear, confident communication with Staff, customers, and corporate leadership to maintain consistent operations.
