JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate in Madison, AL . Our client is a growing manufacturing and distribution company . The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packaging orders, and delivering materials throughout the manufacturing facility in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.

Pay:

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Shift hours are subject to change based on production needs.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate include:

• Unload, inspect, and receive inbound shipments.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick materials and deliver parts to multiple assembly areas throughout the facility.
• Pick, package, and prepare outbound orders for shipment to customers and company locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if applicable).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with production and warehouse team members.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements of a Warehouse Associate:

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or inventory experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to working safely and accurately.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
