From monitoring output and leveraging the Redzone system to signing off on each run, you'll be the guardian of performance and precision.Your leadership will shape a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. You'll investigate incidents, champion proactive safety measures, and make sure every protocol is followed. Plus, you'll manage communications, meetings, programs, and ERP systems to keep everything running smoothly.If you're ready to make an impact, lead with confidence, and help create products that consumers love and trust, this is your opportunity to shine.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all safety, quality, GMP, and 5S standards are maintained and established procedures are always adhered to by all employees within the department.Manage the production area personnel, including production line leads and movers + makers. This role will provide direct feedback to these roles via daily discussions, 1-on-1's and 6-month review process.Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and improve processes and procedures that improve OEE and reduce costs.Provide updates to the team by speaking and presenting in huddles and meetings.Ensure compliance with all Redzone reports, GEMBAs and data collection for self and direct reports.Participate in cross functional teams that are focused on solving problems and improving processes and procedures that drive improvements in non-negotiables or reduce costs.Ensure that all Finished goods for sale that are produced adhere to the quality specifications that are expectedComplete all necessary reports and provide clear communication to all impacted departmentsRequired Experience You'll BringBachelors degree and 3+ years experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing environmentQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employmentPreferred Experiences and SkillsA strong understanding of safety procedures and quality standards, including enforcing policies and conducting audits.Experience working with SAP and/or Redzone in a manufacturing settingStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to motivate, guide, and develop a teamExperience in a consumer goods liquid filling manufacturing environmentDedicated to building and supporting a positive safety cultureJob RequirementsThis role is in Chicago, IL (Southside), Onsite requirementBusiness Travel 10% or lessThis role is not offering relocation assistance2nd shift (1:45 PM – 10:15 PM, Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays) with expectation to be available for support and coverage across other shiftsBenefits and PerksAt Lifestyle Brands, we handle our team members with care and provide a variety of benefit offerings to build a supportive environment at work and beyond.Subsidized health insurance benefits packageCompetitive vacation + holiday bundleGenerous retirement match + pre-tax savings optionsDedicated volunteer time, to be a force for goodPioneering events + experiences that build team connection (...ask us about the Packaging Olympics, Bubble Bash, Ping Pong Tournament + more!)Access to discounted/free productsThe Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 70,080.00 USD - 105,120.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.
