Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Description
Our client specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of steel storage solutions, including shelving, racks, cabinets, lockers, and workbenches. These products serve residential, garage, warehouse, and commercial applications and are sold through major retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, and industrial distributors throughout North America.
Job Description
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to communicate information, expectations and feedback in both written and verbal mediums
- Proven leadership in one or more of the following areas; steel punching, roll forming, welding, dip and powder paint lines, automated and manual packing line environments.
- Assist with production inspection process for all operations
- Experience maintaining safety standards of equipment and work area
- Understanding of ERP systems a plus

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing teams of 30+ people
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience (steel preferred)
- Strong technical/computer skills
- Sponsorship is not provided
