We are looking for a highly motivated Hygiene Coordinator to be an essential part of our patient care team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch customer service, manage administrative and clerical workflows smoothly, and ensure every patient has a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Check-In & Check-Out: Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure all information is accurate.
• Customer Service & Communication: Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing welcoming and effective communication.
• Treatment Planning & Presentation: Coordinate general dental treatment planning and present treatment details clearly to patients.
• Administrative & Clerical Support: Handle general clerical work, follow up on x-rays, labs, and communications with other offices.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to maintain high standards of patient care and efficient office operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Administrative and clerical experience, including check-in, check-out, and treatment planning
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient-centered approach
• Exceptional teamwork and a strong work ethic
• Excellent multitasking abilities and phone skills
• Ability to follow up effectively with x-rays, labs, and outside offices
• Bilingual ability is a strong asset

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
• Bilingual proficiency
