Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to build trust, stay connected, and turn long-term prospects into results?

Epworth Villa is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to help prospective residents and their families explore independent living at our Life Plan Community. This is a consultative sales role focused on building meaningful relationships, managing a long-term sales pipeline, and achieving established sales, occupancy, and revenue goals.

Our sales process is highly relationship-based and can extend a year or more, making consistent follow-up, personalized engagement, and strong pipeline management essential to success.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with prospective residents and families, guiding them through the decision-making process from initial inquiry through reservation and move-in.
• Manage and actively advance a pipeline of prospects through consistent, personalized follow-up.
• Meet established sales, occupancy, and revenue targets, with compensation opportunities tied to results.
• Conduct community tours, presentations, appointments, and occasional in-home visits.
• Engage prospects through phone, email, video messaging, events, and other creative follow-up strategies.
• Develop referral relationships through networking, community outreach, civic involvement, and cultivation events.
• Partner with the Sales & Marketing team and other departments to create a positive, seamless experience for future residents.
• Participate in a seven-day sales coverage model, including scheduled weekend coverage and occasional evening events.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience, plus at least two years of successful sales experience.
• Proven success in relationship-based or consultative sales, particularly involving longer sales cycles.
• Strong pipeline management, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales technology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site appointments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in senior living sales within a Life Plan Community or Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
• Knowledge of senior housing, healthcare services, and aging-related needs.
• Experience in another relationship-driven sales environment such as real estate, financial services, luxury or membership sales, or nonprofit development.

Compensation

Base salary: Starting at $60,000, based on experience and qualifications.

This position is eligible for commission and performance-based bonuses, with total compensation potential of approximately $100,000 annually based on achievement of established sales and revenue goals.
