Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities: Welcome clients by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy. Schedule consultations and client meetings. Guide new clients through the intake and onboarding process. Maintain accurate client information and electronic files. Coordinate attorney calendars and meeting logistics. Follow up with prospective and existing clients. Prepare engagement documents and correspondence. Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks as needed. Help ensure every client receives exceptional, responsive service. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, and client-focused demeanor. Experience in a law firm, professional services, healthcare, financial services, or another client-facing administrative role is preferred. Estate planning experience is a plus but not required, as we are happy to train the right person. Compensation: $25.50 - $27.50 hourly
