Patient ConciergeLifekind Health is looking for a full-time Patient Concierge in our Mesa clinic to ensure a warm, welcoming, and healing environment for all clinic patients by delivering consistent, high-quality front desk training and providing hands-on operational support. Promote excellence in patient experience through standardization of workflows, staff development, and front desk coverage across clinic locations.Our mission is to bring care that's whole, human, and healing. Our team of medical doctors, psychologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and dietitians work together within a revolutionary transdisciplinary model that addresses the quadruple aim of healthcare: enhancing patient experience, improving patient health, reducing healthcare costs, and increasing employee satisfaction.Schedule: 6:30a - 2:30p; Tuesday - FridayPatient Experience & EngagementServe as the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional, and patient-centered experienceGreet and check in patients efficiently while verifying demographic and insurance informationProvide clear communication regarding wait times, services, and next steps in the visitAddress patient questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and empathetic mannerMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environmentScheduling & CoordinationConfirm upcoming appointments and ensure accurate documentation in the systemCoordinate patient flow between front desk, clinical staff, and providersManage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations across providers and clinicsOptimize provider schedules to support patient access and clinic efficiencyAdministrative & Operational SupportPerform check-in and check-out processes, including copay collection, outcomes, and required documentationVerify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations when applicableMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with organizational policiesCommunication & Team CollaborationCollaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient careCommunicate effectively with patients regarding services, delays, or follow-upsEscalate patient concerns or operational issues appropriately to leadershipContribute to a positive, team-oriented work environmentOur Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in medical office or healthcare environments preferredExcellent customer service skillsBasic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification nice to haveKnowledge of scheduling systems, electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), and office software preferredAt Lifekind, we believe our employees deserve the best.
