Office Driver & Mail Coordinator
A medical billing company in Brooklyn is looking for a reliable, full-time Driver to serve as their Mail Coordinator, handling client pickups and running daily routes Monday through Friday. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone trustworthy and well-connected within the community, with office tasks filling in any downtime between runs and Fridays reserved fully for in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Client Pickups
- Pick up the company car at 9 AM and drop keys back by 5 PM
- Run daily routes, including client pickups, as assigned
- Handle cash responsibly as part of route duties
Mail Coordination & Office Support
- Coordinate mail-related tasks as part of daily responsibilities
- Fill any gaps between runs with upstairs office tasks
- Work in-office on Fridays (no driving routes); office closes at 12:01, with exact time varying by season
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication and social skills
- Comfortable being on the go and out in the field
