This role is based out of our Sourcing Headquarters in Evendale, OH. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Partner with the Central Readiness team to learn and implement the readiness process within the Castings Commodity Develop relationships within the commodity, supplier(s), & part family Build models of airfoil casting capacity at various stages of the value chain to visualize the constraints in a quantitative way Build action plans and apply structured problem solving to alleviate the constraints in conjunction with the Supplier Team Engage the commodity leadership team & major stakeholders in regular cadence around readiness and drive action plan execution with the Supplier Teams & the suppliers themselves to grow capacity Communicate supplier’s constraints to be incorporated in S&OP rhythms to respond to demand changes Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & standard work for readiness processes at end state within the commodity Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers Travel up to 20% required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management Desired Characteristics Ability to influence cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes. Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute projects or improvements. Self-motivator and possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 07/29/26.
