Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure required
• Experience in school-based settings, ideally with elementary-age children
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with staff and families
• Adaptability to manage a varied caseload across multiple locations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students with diverse needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff for optimal student progress
• Provide direct and indirect therapy as needed across two school sites
• Support classroom modifications and advocate for student access to curriculum
• Manage a full-time schedule, with the possibility of a four-day work week
