Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a school-based Occupational Therapist for the remainder of the school year. This contract opportunity allows you to apply your skills in a vibrant educational environment near Fort Collins, Colorado, working with a diverse caseload across two school sites.

In this position, you will engage one-on-one and in group settings with approximately 45 elementary students, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to help them reach their fullest potential. The schedule offers full-time hours, with potential flexibility for a four-day workweek.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy in a school or pediatric setting
• Expertise in supporting students with diverse learning needs within an educational framework
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families
• Strong communication, record-keeping, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized occupational therapy interventions for elementary-aged students
• Deliver direct and consultative services at two elementary sites, managing a caseload of about 45 students
• Collaborate with educational teams to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Monitor student progress, document services, and prepare required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support plans
• Provide resources and guidance to school staff and student families
