Providing critical support to sales and commercial teams, the full-time remote Contract Commercial Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, assess commercial risks, and ensure compliance with contract commitments. Key responsibilities Support the sales and commercial teams during the ITO phase by preparing and managing proposal and contract documents Guide deal team members on contractual and commercial implications of proposed strategies and decisions Coordinate and maintain a library of master and framework agreement records and relevant documents Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in contract analysis or Sales/Commercial Operations Bachelor's Degree Comprehensive understanding of complex commercial contracts Proven track record of successfully closing large, complex contracts Ability to formulate persuasive arguments in support of customer negotiations
