Our Tacoma and Puyallup offices are looking for reliable caregivers to work with clients in Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, Spanaway, Dupont, Graham, and more! We will do our best to keep you close to the area that you want to work in.

Not Certified?

We offer Home Care Aide (HCA) training! Onsite In-House training to help you learn new skills and prepare you for your new journey as a caregiver. You must be committed to the program for two weeks prior to working with clients.

Pay Rate: $22.50-$23/hour. Depending on client care level and shift type.

Open Shifts + High Needs!

• Tacoma, Lakewood, Gig Harbor and UP

• Monday through Friday schedules available. Shift times (not limited to): 9a-11am, 9a-1p, 9a-4p, 9a-5p, 11a-3p, 1:30p-6:30p, 5p-7pm, 4p-8p.

• Puyallup, Orting and Edgewood

• Monday through Friday schedules available. Shift times (not limited to): 9:30a-11:30a, 11:30a-2:30p, 1:30p-5:30p, 2pm-5pm and 2pm-4pm.

• Weekend shifts in all locations

• Saturday and Sundays 1:30p-3:30p, 2:30p-6:30p, 9a-4pm, 12p-3p, 1p-4p, 4p-8p, 5p-9p

Requirement:

We ask that you have your WA state Driver's License and Auto Insurance. All clients require transportation occasionally to run errands or go to appointments. We reimburse mileage at .60 cents per mile!

What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)

• Cooking and/or serving meals

• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom

• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies

• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments

• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!

Requirements

• 18 years+

• Ability to pass a state and national background check

• Personal vehicle for client transporting, valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
