Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will report directly to the Social Work Manager and will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify and mitigate barriers to treatment.

• Collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

• Providing outpatient therapy utilizing both individual and group modalities to support patients in overcoming psychosocial challenges.

• Documenting all social work activities meticulously in patient medical records in accordance with departmental protocols.
\n
• Consulting with medical and support staff to enhance care coordination and ensure a holistic approach to each patient’s treatment.

• Educating patients and families about medical and social work interventions to foster cooperation and compliance.

• Staying informed about community resources to best advocate for patient needs and facilitate access to essential support systems.

• Maintaining professional development through ongoing education related to clinical responsibilities and best practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing mental health support to a diverse population. You will work with individuals experiencing a range of psychosocial issues, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use, and trauma-related disorders. The cultural competence and understanding of various life stages are crucial to addressing the specific needs of our patients effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
