DESCRIPTION Our Hosts/Hostesses are the first people our guests interact with. We expect them to help guide the guest into figuring out what experience they would most enjoy as well as give them a warm welcome when they walk through the door. Job Description
- Responsible for answering the phone
- Responsible for booking reservations and making necessary notes
- Responsible for greeting our guests and making them feel welcome
- Responsible for seating guests at the required pace for the servers and kitchen
- Responsible for recognizing VIPs and regulars and making them feel remembered
- Responsible for passing along pertinent information to the server to help them provide the best experience
- Responsible for maintaining a waitlist and recording all walk-ins
