MCN Build is seeking a Preconstruction Manager with 8 years of estimating experience focusing on mechanical construction. You will lead preconstruction efforts, manage costs and risks, and maintain strong client relations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with Project Executives, produce design-milestone estimates, and guide bid package scopes and subcontractor bidding to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
