Job Description Job Description Attorney Litigation Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on personal injury cases. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to develop effective case strategies. Compensation: Competitive base and percentage of collected fees Offices locations are in Los Angeles, Irvine and San Diego. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Review and analyze evidence and legal documents Provide legal advice and guidance to clients Manage case files and maintain accurate records Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience Personal Injury experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Trial experience is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, PTO, Sick Days, Bar Dues, MCLE classes. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
