Job Description:

As a Sr. Business Process Analyst, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of supporting HHS ACF OCSE DFS. You will play a crucial role in ensuring systems meet the business needs of the stakeholders.

• Support the program by analyzing, decomposing, and documenting business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, federal staff, the OM&E team, and the other Functional and Operational Support for Federal Systems team members.
• Drive alternatives analyses, white papers, pilots, and proof of concepts.
• Utilize Jira, MS Office products, AI, business process diagramming, and other tools.

Required Skills:

• HS Diploma and at least 3+ years of experience supporting Federal Child Support Systems.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Experience creating User Stories and Business Requirements
• Ability of obtain/maintain a Public Trust

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
