Fast paced, national, award winning plaintiff litigation firm with a proven record of success is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Probate Attorney to join their growing Probate team. This firm has a commitment to excellence. Their management maintains a collaborative and supportive workplace while providing mentorship.

As a Probate Attorney at the firm, you will have your own docket of Probate cases consisting of Wills, Heirships, and Small Estate Affidavits. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in Probate, experience in handling Will Contests a plus but not a requirement. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred. This position is based out of the firm’s Houston, TX office. A hybrid or remote work schedule can be an option, however, you must still live within driving distance to the Houston, TX office and be able to attend all in person hearings across Texas.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Probate (Wills, Trusts, & Estate Law), experience in handling Will Contests is a plus but not a requirement
• Must be a good standing member of the ­­­Texas bar
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Must be able to attend in person hearing throughout Texas
• Must have superior research and writing skills
• Must have excellent case management skills and organizational skills
• Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must have solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
• Must be able to thrive under pressure and be self-motivated
