Role Description As the Lead Machine Learning Researcher, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML models to enhance performance across a range of market-leading trading teams and asset classes. In addition to hands‑on research, you will play a key leadership role—building, mentoring, and guiding a high-performing team of ML professionals. You will collaborate closely with world‑class researchers, traders, and engineers across the firm to integrate innovative machine learning solutions into live trading environments.
