About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sales before joining a friend's agency as a team member. I'm a former college athlete, a huge sports fan, and enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing. Family is my top priority, and my wife and I have one child with another on the way.

Our agency is built around teamwork, relationships, and creating a positive environment where people enjoy coming to work. We've built a close-knit team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have fun along the way.

Our agency offers health benefits, licensing reimbursement, quarterly team outings, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Team members can also earn additional time off or even office closures based on performance because we believe in rewarding hard work.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Brandon Noe - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Answer customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Dedicated to customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
