Partner Banking Deal Architect

Seattle Bank’s Partner Banking division originates loans and acquires assets through fintech and marketplace partnerships. This role owns the credit analysis, deal evaluation, structuring, and commercial execution for each partnership opportunity—enabling the Head of Partnerships to focus on strategy and partner leadership while deal-level work is systematically offloaded. You will evaluate incoming opportunities against credit and commercial criteria, build deal structures, draft and negotiate #J-18808-Ljbffr Seattle Bank
