Center Director

We are seeking a Massachusetts EEC Director II Certified Center Director to lead our licensed childcare and preschool center in South Hamilton, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Childcare Center Director, Preschool Director, or Early Childhood Education Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality early education, developing strong teaching teams, building meaningful family relationships, and maintaining excellence in EEC compliance and center operations. As the Center Director, you will serve as the primary leader of the school, overseeing daily operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, enrollment growth, and program quality. You will be supported by a dedicated Assistant Director, creating a strong leadership team that allows for effective collaboration, operational support, and a balanced approach to center management. Key Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Director II certification (required) Previous experience as a Childcare Center Director, Assistant Director, or Program Director in a daycare or preschool setting Strong knowledge of EEC compliance, licensing, and childcare regulations Experience with enrollment management and staff leadership Commitment to high-quality early childhood education Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing compliance Childcare center operations and staffing management Teacher coaching, mentoring, and professional development Enrollment support, family engagement, and retention Health, safety, and quality assurance standards Preschool and daycare classroom oversight Budget management and center performance goals Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a licensed daycare/preschool childcare center Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing requirements Supervise, coach, and support teaching staff Manage staffing, scheduling, and classroom ratios Partner with families to maintain strong communication and enrollment retention Maintain high standards for safety, curriculum implementation, and program quality If you are an EEC Director II-qualified leader looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing and supportive early childhood education organization, we'd love to connect with you.
