As a vital member of our operations team, you will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff. Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and systems, ensuring seamless operations. Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and tasks, prioritizing prompt and efficient resolution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards, upholding the highest level of excellence. Monitor and report on maintenance activities, providing transparency and accountability. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in nursing home maintenance and life safety, with a proven track record of success. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
