ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of 15. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Personal Banker with Wells Fargo, helping customers with business accounts, investments, and retirement planning. I graduated from James Madison University, am married with two children, and enjoy spending time with my family.
Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm a member of the Portsmouth Service League and Van Lefcoe Leadership Alumni, and I enjoy supporting organizations that make a positive impact in our local community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Beth Holland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
