Tax Manager (Hybrid)
Lead complex tax engagements by preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns while providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to privately held businesses.

What You Will Do- Lead and review the preparation of complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients reduce tax liabilities and improve financial outcomes.
- Research and analyze complex tax issues while ensuring compliance with changing regulations.
- Manage client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored tax solutions.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while maintaining quality standards.
- Support tax compliance, accounting, and consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with firm leadership and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA license required.
- 7+ years of public accounting experience.
- Experience managing complex tax engagements and client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work additional hours during peak tax seasons when needed.
- Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
