Overview: A growing mid-sized regional public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with 8+ years of public accounting tax experience , preferably with a focus on Estate, Trust, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) returns , to step into a leadership-focused role supporting continued firm growth.

Responsibilities:
- Review complex individual, estate, trust, and high-net-worth tax returns
- Provide tax planning and client advisory services
- Mentor and supervise tax staff and seniors
- Manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience with Estate, Trust, and HNW clients preferred
- Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing
- Competitive compensation (DOE) + discretionary bonus
- Hybrid to mostly remote flexibility
