About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee the multi-district management and leadership development of its District Director team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the regional culture, driving store sales, and ensuring team member engagement and customer advocacy. This role requires a strategic leader who can provide guidance on financial performance, merchandising, and marketing efforts, while also maintaining a strong focus on people development, diversity, and inclusion.
