Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is looking for a detail-oriented LPN to join our team as a full-time MDS Coordinator. If you have strong skilled nursing experience and are interested in moving into an MDS role, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Salary: $75,000/year

Quality Measure Bonus: Earn up to $7,500/year

The Role

As an MDS Coordinator, you will work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident assessments are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. You'll gather information from residents and staff, coordinate assessment schedules, and help maintain documentation that supports quality care and appropriate reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required

• MDS experience preferred, but training is available

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills
