The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, community involvement, companionship, and promoting independence in a person-centered environment. Responsibilities Assist with personal care and daily living activities. Provide companionship and emotional support. Support participation in community activities and outings. Assist with meal preparation and healthy living routines. Provide transportation to appointments and community activities as needed. Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or daily functioning. Encourage independence and achievement of personal goals. Complete documentation accurately and on time. Follow agency policies and person-centered support practices. Qualifications Experience as a Caregiver, DSP, PCA, Homemaker, or related role preferred. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass a DHS background study. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Schedule Part-Time Flexible weekday and weekend hours Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
