PAY RANGE: $20.79 - $30.56

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS:

Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Yes Shift Differentials: Evening- $3.00/hour Night- $5.00/hour Weekend- $4.50/hour Premiums: Per Diem- 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits) Lead- $3.25/hour On-Call- $3.00/hour Preceptor- $1.50/hour Trainer- $1.50/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Environmental Services Worker works to ensure the safety, health and morale of patients, visitors and employees by cleaning and servicing OMC buildings and facilities and providing a clean, attractive and safe environment.

EDUCATION

High school diploma/equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE

One year of previous industrial/hospital housekeeping experience preferred.

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

None. When assigned off-site clinic cleaning duties: Valid Washington State driver’s license required. Driving record in compliance with OMC standards in effect or as may be amended, required (see HR Policy 3.12 Driving for OMC Business).
