Sr. Software Engineer, Digital Consumer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer within our digital engineering team, you help design and deliver customer facing digital applications at scale, building the experiences that bring Chubb Personal Risk Services’ promise to life for the agents who champion our clients, the clients who trust us, and the internal teams who deliver on that trust every day. If you have spent your career focused on what makes digital products feel effortless and understand what it takes to make a premier brand feel premier in every interaction, we’d love to talk.In this role, you will:Design, develop, and own Full Stack features and services using .NET (backend) and Angular (frontend), with a focus on performance, availability, and securityLead delivery of partner integrations and new insurance product capabilities within the Digital GroupBuild and ship customer-facing applications that prioritize usability, reliability, and end-to-end experience qualityLeverage AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-driven code review and test generation) to accelerate SDLC velocity and code qualityCollaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsProvide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on the teamArchitect and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, applying best practices for scalability, security, and global availabilityChampion engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to software development standards Chubb is a world leader in insurance. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
