Global Entity Management & Governance Analyst

Sixth Street is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst (Paralegal) to join the Entity Management team in Dallas. You will help manage the full lifecycle of global entities, partnering with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance to implement best-in-class processes. The role requires 3-5+ years of paralegal experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional corporate governance.
